I bought a Russell-Hobbs Pet Cyclonic 1800 Vacuum Cleaner (model 13944), and the bearings on the roller brush in this machine siezed. I tried to purchase a new one, but was sent the wrong part (UK to South Africa). On contacting them, I was told the roller brush is not available as a spare part, and I must return the wrong item in order to get a refund...
