Slice a pocket in the pork neck and stuff it with Emma's Dried Apple and Vegetable Chutney.
Close the pocket with toothpicks. Sprinkle Braai Spice and Mixed Herbs on the outside.
Grill on the gas barbeque (at 150°C), turning regularly.
The meat is ready in just over two hours.
Slice in nice thick slices.
Enjoy with a mixed salad!
